Troubleshooting:
If your server is not connected to net the you need to check one or all of the
following;
Make sure that the IP and Port
Number above are the same as the ones you are using for your dedicated
server? If they are not click here to return to the
main page and fill in the correct port and IP
numbers.
In your server.cfg file (NAT
Edit Game Files\Edit Server.cfg) make sure that the command sv_lan
is set to 0, so it looks like sv_lan
0.
If you have a software Firewall make sure that the bond.exe
file is being allowed to connect to the Internet. See your Firewall documentation
on how to set this up. Generally it is putting ticks in all the boxes for bond.exe
or choosing the option allow all. If you are asked for port numbers you should
allow access to these ones. Ports: 6550, 26005 , 26015,
26025.
If you are using Windows XP, check to see if the XP Firewall is off.
If you have a router make sure that it is allowing access for these port numbers.
Ports: 6550, 26005 , 26015, 26025. See your router
documentation for how to set this up. You can also look
here on this router page to see how to do it.
Check your Config.cfg file to make sure that the
sv_lan command is set to 0.
You can access your config.cfg file in NAT
by going to Advanced Administration/Screenshots folder.
