{NC} means Nightfire Community, although I know that everybody who
plays the game is part of the Nightfire community, I wanted to give an
extra meaning to these words for the people who want to add this to their
name.
{NC} basically stands for: nice behaviour and talk to people like you
would do in normal life and trying to be a nice player who wants to help
other players. See {NC} as the environment where new players can feel
good and see the fun and spirit of the game.
Some ‘unwritten rules’ that {NC} members like and try to
live by:
- Don't shout out (without very good reason) or call everybody a noob
(another, less nice word for new player).
- Watch your language and cursing, young kids are also playing this game.
- Try to help players to find their ways in this game so they can love
it as much as you do.
Help can be in any form, give people information where they can find
good websites related to NF, give some tactical information, how to use
a weapon, how to find the way in a map, how to use or get gsa..... and
so on.
The big question is, what do the insiders like clan members and some
die-hard solo players need to do to create a healthy climate for new
players? That is for yourself to answer, not {NC}.
Patience is often the key to help a new player, but do we have that when
we are in the middle of a game? Not always and for that reason there
will be a website where you can send new Nightfire players with plenty
of information. Information that they may need or find helpful to understand
online gaming and of course especially our own lovely Nightfire.
Everybody who can find him- or herself in the above can attach {NC} on
the back of their name. No registration or asking me or other {NC}'s
is needed.
Please note that {NC} is not a clan !!!
Thanx for joining,
ZERO{NC}
